Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once the product has left our premises.

Damage or Spoilage
If the product is damaged or spoiled due to reasons attributable to us (e.g., packaging issues), we will provide a replacement or offer a refund. Please report such issues within 24 hours of purchase.
Incorrect Orders

Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 30 minutes of placing them. After this period, cancellations may not be accepted due to the preparation process.
